Terms of Service
By using Bularu ("the Service"), you agree to these terms. If you disagree, do not use the Service.
1. Service description
Bularu is a multi-channel inventory management application for small businesses. It is operated by We Simplify Complexity Pty Ltd, Australia.
2. Plans and billing
- Maker (Free): 1 shop, 50 products, core modules (products, channels, reports). No time limit.
- Founder ($12/mo or $110/yr): 2 shops, 250 products, all modules. 28-day free trial.
- Mogul ($29/mo or $270/yr): 3 shops, 1,000 products, all modules + warehouse designer + API. 28-day free trial.
- Empire ($79/mo or $740/yr): 10 shops, 2,500 products, everything in Mogul + higher storage and priority support. 28-day free trial.
- Genghis Khan: custom / unlimited — contact us (not self-serve).
- Billing is monthly or yearly via Stripe. You can cancel anytime — access continues to end of paid period.
- If payment fails, the account downgrades to Maker after a 7-day grace period.
- Prices are in AUD and exclude GST where applicable.
3. Trial period
Paid plans (Founder, Mogul, Empire) include a 28-day free trial. No credit card is required to start a trial. At trial end, the account automatically downgrades to Maker (free) unless a plan is selected. No charges occur without your explicit action.
4. Your data
You own all data you enter into the Service. We do not claim any rights over your products, sales, or business information. You can export your data at any time and request deletion.
5. Acceptable use
You may not use the Service to:
- Violate any law or regulation
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service or other accounts
- Transmit malware, spam, or abusive content
- Resell or sublicense the Service without written permission
6. Service availability
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance with reasonable notice. We are not liable for data loss caused by events outside our control.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, WSC's liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
8. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. Material changes will be notified by email 14 days in advance. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
